Here are some tips:

1. To download the recording, right-click on the “Launch” icon of the recording and choose “Save Link As” or “Save Target As” and then choose where you would like the MP3 file to be saved. Note: These are large files, approximately 12-14 MB in size.

2. To simply listen to the recording in streaming audio, click on the PLAY icon under the “Listen” category.

3. If the sound is faint, check your speakers and your sound settings, especially the Wave volume (to adjust, right click the speaker icon in your taskbar and choose “Open Volume Control”).
